Millpond Park is a 4-acre park next to the Fenton City Hall on the Shiawassee River. The park is always open and there are no entrance fees. There are picnic areas, play equipment for children, benches to relax on, the dam, a gazebo, fishing in the river, a war memorial and the wonderful Concert in the Park series in the summertime on Thursday nights. 

Gazebo Rentals

The gazebo is available for rental at the city offices. The gazebo is rented in 4-hour time blocks: 8 am to noon, noon to 4 pm, and 4 to 8 pm. The 2023 fees go into effect on July 1st, 2023. Please contact City Hall for reservation rates placed before July 1st. The fees are as follows: 

• Resident: $150 rental fee plus $100 deposit, which is $250 total
• Non-resident: $200 rental fee plus $100 deposit, which is $300 total

To reserve this park please complete the Reservation Request Form (PDF). Once you complete the request, please turn it in at the city hall.
