O'Donnell Park is a 1-and-a-half-acre park located on the corner of East Street and East Ellen Street, across from Strom Park. It was named for Mark O'Donnell in honor of his service on the Fenton Parks and Recreation Board. The park is always open and has no entry fees. There is a picnic area and a wonderful deck with benches. It's a great place to fish or feed the ducks and enjoy the beauty of a sunrise on the Millpond.
