Thank you for visiting the Building Department Area for the City of Fenton website. The Building Inspection Division of Protective Inspection Department is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all citizens of Fenton by enforcing the City of Fenton Building Code and City Ordinances.
The Building Inspections Department acts as the clearinghouse for zoning compliance, licensing, permits, construction restrictions and reviews. It also coordinates activity between itself, Fire, Planning, and Public Works.
