Online Bill Payment

You now have the ability to pay utility & tax bills on-line using credit card or electronic check.  To pay on-line click below to access your utility or tax account.  To pay by phone call 1-800-272-9829 and enter the City of Fenton jurisdiction code of 7156 and your individual utility account number or tax parcel ID number when prompted.  Charges for using this service are generated by Official Payments Corporation which accepts and processes the transactions for the City.  The City does not use taxpayer revenue to pay for an individual’s choice to use this service but requires the individual to pay for their option to use this service.  Charges are as follows:

Electronic check

• $ 2.95 per payment transaction less than $10,000.00 ($35 fee NSF)
• $ 15 per payment transaction greater than $10,000.00

Credit/Debit card

For Property Tax payment:

• 2.75% of the payment amount, minimum fee per payment transaction of $3.95

For Utility payments:

• $2.95 fee per transaction with a maximum payment amount of $300.  American Express will not be accepted for Utility payments.
