Accident Report Request

The City of Fenton Police Department is dedicated to enabling citizens and insurance companies’ to obtain accurate and affordable traffic accident reports within 1-4 business days of occurrence. To accomplish this we have made traffic accident reports available anytime through the Internet. CLEMIS has been chosen by the Fenton Police Department to service ALL of our insurance agencies requests for accident reports.

To request a CLEMIS account, simply visit www.clemis.org and click on the"Request an Insurance Account link". Complete the account request form and submit it. CLEMIS will notify you by email when your account is ready for use.

CLEMIS will provide one consolidated invoice to you on a monthly basis for reports that you purchase.

As of September 1, 2009, the Fenton Police Department will NO LONGER PROCESS insurance requests for accidents occurring on or after July 28, 2009, as they can be obtained via the internet. Individual citizens may still get a copy of their report at the Police Department in person.
