NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Fenton City Council will hold a public hearing at a special meeting of the City Council scheduled for Monday, July 17, 2017 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Hall Council Chambers 301 South Leroy Street, to accept public comment and consider vacating a portion of First Street.
Any person wishing to speak on this matter will be afforded the opportunity at the meeting. If any person wishing to voice an opinion on this matter cannot attend the meeting, please send any material in writing to Fenton City Clerk, 301 South Leroy Street, Fenton, MI 48430.
