Fenton Facade Improvement Program

On behalf of the Fenton Downtown Development Authority we would like to thank you for your commitment to the commercial vitality and quality of life in downtown Fenton and we are pleased to have you in our community.  The success of Downtown Fenton lies in the hands of our greatest resources, people like you who are willing to step forward to make Fenton a better downtown for the future.

The purpose of the Fenton Façade Improvement Grant Program is to encourage improvements to commercial facades visible from the public right-of-way. The grant money is intended to provide financial incentives for quality façade development.

It is the intent of the program to strengthen the economic viability of downtown Fenton by improving the exterior physical appearance of the buildings. The public perception of the downtown commercial district has a great deal of influence on its economic success. By improving its physical appearance, the downtown will have a much greater potential for attracting and retaining business, as well as creating an image of strong economic health and vitality.

The window of opportunity has just opened for you to get involved in the Fenton Façade Improvement Program. We encourage you to investigate the opportunity to make improvements to your building façade with significant financial help from the City of Fenton Downtown Development Authority.
