Road Closures

The following street closures will be in effect for Jubil'Eve. Leroy Street will be closed at Elizabeth St. north to River Street from 5:00 pm until 1:00 am. Normal vehicular traffic will be restricted, however a horse drawn trolley and pedestrian traffic will be allowed.

Closing the roadway will allow access to the various venues downtown on foot, without congestion and parking issues. Visitors will be encouraged to make the short walk or use the trolley to move from one location to the next while enjoying the downtown scenery.

Shiawassee Street between Adelaide and Leroy will be open for parking, however E.B. "through" traffic on Shiawassee will be diverted to Elizabeth.
